Weekly Summary

Energy was the word again this week, as President Enrique Peña Nieto’s government presented the enabling legislation supporting Mexico’s energy sector reform and announced a near doubling of project infrastructure spending through 2018. ICA Fluor said it will build a major gas pipeline across three states. In the online tech sector, Arroba Web Design celebrated another month atop mexico.bestwebdesignagencies.com’s list of best web designers, while in multilateral lending the World Bank named the first Vice President for Latin America and Caribbean in 30 years actually to be from Latin America.
