Weekly Summary

Major movers and shakers were quiet this week, but Capital Indigo kept private equity activity marching by acquiring control of Interdeli’s specialty food business for an undisclosed sum. More tech crossed the border as Canada’s MedMira got Mexican regulatory approval for its point-of-care HIV test and the UK’s Sub10 Systems agreed to market its point-to-point radio link technology. PineBridge investments dedicated capital to its private market funds in Mexico.

Away from business, Matamoros and Cancún planned their Easter season celebrations, and Hartwood restaurant in Tulum served up Jicama salads and skirt steaks.

Hasta la próxima!
